Steamed Zucchini with Dill |

My favorite way to eat zucchini or yellow squash. Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp dill |
1/4 cup onion |
4 cup zucchini |
Directions:
1. Dice the onion, and saute it in the olive oil until translucent. 2. Add the dill to the oil, and mix. 3. While the onion is cooking, cut the zucchini into bite-sized pieces and steam. 4. Mix the onions with the zucchini. Serve immediately or chilled. |
