Ingredients:
1 kg white fish fillet
360 ml tomato juice
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder (to taste)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
2. Put the fish fillets in a baking dish.
3. In a bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
4. Pour over the fillets.
5. Cover and bake for 12-18 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
6. Serve at once.
