Steamed Veggies With Yogurt Sauce |

Easy, simple steamed veggies get a creamy zip with a yogurt and lemon dressing. Ingredients:
1-1 1/2lbs fresh broccoli and/or cauliflower |
1t fresh lemon juice |
1 cup greek style yogurt(if you can get it strained , do, it's thicker) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 green onions, chopped |
3t fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/2-1t crushed red pepper or cayenne |
1t ground cumin seeds |
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled |
kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except veggies and cheese. 2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 3. When ready to serve, quickly steam veggies to your preference. (I steam them over salted lemon water until just tender) 4. Drizzle with sauce and sprinkle with feta |
