Steamed Shrimp With Soy-Ginger Sauce |

Yeah That's Right, There's Beer In It! Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled (medium or large) |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 (12 ounce) can beer |
Directions:
1. Mix tarragon, salt, celery seed and cayenne in small bowl. 2. Place shrimp in a Zip N Steam Bag. Sprinkle with seasonings. 3. Add beer to bag. Steam until shrimp are done, about 5 minutes. Serve with sauce for dipping. 4. Soy-Ginger Sauce. 5. In small bowl, combine oil, soy sauce, onion and ginger. |
