Wow. So good. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of catty prawns (medium to big size) |
2 smashed garlic cloves |
1 red pepper, diced |
8 spring onions (6 shredded, 2 cut into shape of flower) |
1 tablespoon light soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon sugar |
1 teaspoon wine |

sesame oil |
3 tablespoons light soy sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
sesame oil |
3 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. - Clean prawns, slice horizontally. 2. - Heat up oil, deep fry smashed garlic, add diced red pepper and seasonings. Stir well. 3. - Spread shredded spring onion on plate and place prawns on top. Pour deep-fried smashed garlic and the seasoning on the prawns. Steam over high heat for 4 minutes. 4. - Heat sauce ingredients and pour on prawns. Garnish with flower-shaped spring onions. |
