Steamed Prawns

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs of catty prawns (medium to big size)
2 smashed garlic cloves
1 red pepper, diced
8 spring onions (6 shredded, 2 cut into shape of flower)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon wine
pepper
sesame oil
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
sesame oil
3 tablespoons water
Directions:
1. - Clean prawns, slice horizontally.
2. - Heat up oil, deep fry smashed garlic, add diced red pepper and seasonings. Stir well.
3. - Spread shredded spring onion on plate and place prawns on top. Pour deep-fried smashed garlic and the seasoning on the prawns. Steam over high heat for 4 minutes.
4. - Heat sauce ingredients and pour on prawns. Garnish with flower-shaped spring onions.
