Steamed Pork Dumplings

Easy and yummy steamed pork dumplings.
Ingredients:
1 lb pork, minced
1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger
10 ml soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds
2 spring onions, chopped
2 tsp garlic
2 tsp sesame oil
1 egg
Directions:
1. Fry off the chopped cabbage with the sesame oil and sesame seeds until soft. Set aside.
2. Mix the pork mince, ginger, garlic, spring onions, soy sauce, egg and mix.
3. Then add the cooled cabbage mix and stir until completely mixed.
4. Form into balls and steam in a standard metal or bamboo steamer (you can wrap the pork in wonton wrappers and steam if you wish, but I like them without).
5. Once cooked mix some rice vinegar and soy sauce together and dip your dumplings in! Serve with white rice and salad or green beans etc!
