Very colorful and healthy. Ingredients:
1lb baby carrots |
1 lb green beans, washed and trimmed |
1 tb butter |
1 tb olive oil |
1 red bell pepper, minced |
3 shallots, sliced thin |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tsp dill |
lemon juice and lemon zest to taste |
fresh cracked pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Steam carrots and green beans 5-7 minutes. 2. Melt butter and olive oil. 3. Add red pepper, shallots, and garlic. 4. Saute until desired tenderness. 5. Add dill. 6. Add lemon juice and lemon zest to taste. 7. Add pepper to taste |
