Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil |
2 shallots, sliced thin |
salt and freshly ground pepper |
1 pound haricots verts, cleaned |
1/4 cup water |
Directions:
1. Heat a large saute pan. When the saute pan is hot, add the olive oil. Add the shallots and saute until soft, about 3 or 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the green beans and saute for 2 minutes. Add the water. Cook for 4 more minutes, or until beans are al dente. Season with salt and pepper. |
