1. skinless salmon or other fish fillets (4-6 oz), about 1 1/2 thick ADD TO SHOPPING LIST 2. tsp grated ginger 3. clove garlic, minced 4. tbsp fresh lime juice 5. tsp reduced sodium soy sauce 6. tsp toasted sesame oil 7. scallions, thinly sliced 8. lb snow peas 9. Directions 10. Rub fillets with ginger and garlic. Coat steamer basket with cooking spray and arrange fillets in basket. 11. In saucepan, bring 2 of water to a boil. Place steamer basket in saucepan and steam, covered, 8 minutes. 12. Meanwhile, make sauce: Combine lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and scallions in small bowl. Set aside. 13. Top fish with snow peas and steam, covered, until fish is cooked through and snow peas are crisp tender, about 4 minutes longer. 14.
