One of my favourite dishes that my grandma used to cook for me. Taste good with rice. Ingredients:
50 g ground pork |
2 eggs |
2 bean curd, chopped |
1 stalk spring onion, chopped |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch pepper |
Directions:
1. Beat the eggs lightly. 2. Add in all the ingredients and mix well. 3. Pour the mixture into a dish. 4. Steam until the mixture is set. |
