Ingredients:
1 quart water |
2 cups vinegar |
2 tablespoons dry mustard |
2 tablespoons pepper |
2 teaspoons red pepper |
2 teaspoons coriander seeds |
3 to 4 dozen live blue crabs |
Directions:
1. Combine water, vinegar, mustard, pepper, and coriander in a large stockpot with a tight fitting lid, stirring until well combined. Place a rack in the bottom of the stockpot, and bring mixture to a boil. Add crabs; cover and steam 20 minutes or until crabs turn bright red in color. 2. Remove crabs to a large platter; serve with Cocktail Sauce. |
