I call this a stir fry, but it's actually all steamed. Ingredients:
1 med. green bell pepper |
1 med. yellow bell pepper |
1 med. red bell pepper |
1 bunch broccoli |
240 g mushrooms |
4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast |
Directions:
1. Chop veggies and put in Zip-Loc steam bag or steam over stove. Grill chicken breast and cut into strips. Combine ingredients. |
