Steamed Cauliflower in the Buff |

This “in the buff” recipe won’t compete with seasoning of other items on your menu. Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower |
1 1/4 cups water |
Directions:
1. Fill 2 quart pot (medium size) with water, so it is just below metal steamer basket. 2. Bring water to boil. 3. Cut cauliflower into florets and place into steamer basket. 4. Cover with lid and steam for 5 to 8 minutes. 5. Drain water and enjoy! |
