1 pound baby bok choy, cut in half lengthwise |
1 tablespoon lower-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice |
1 teaspoon dark sesame oil |
1/2 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger |
Directions:
