Steakhouse Wedge Potatoes |

These are a healthier and more sophisticated alternative to French Fries. My family really likes these with a great steak. Ingredients:
4 large red potatoes |
2 t olive oil |
1 t kosher salt |
1 t coarse black pepper |
1/2 t garlic powder |
1/4 t paprika |
dip |
ketsup |
brown sugar |
worcestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 2. spray pan to prevent sticking 3. scrub and cut red potatoes into 6ths or 8th for wedges. You want them thick but not huge - use your judgement 4. In a small bowl, toss potatoes with olive Oil 5. Rub potatoes with combined seasonings 6. spread onto prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes 7. Dip: 8. combine ketsup, brown sugar & worcestershire sauce to taste for a nice alternative to plain ketsup. |
