While eaten hot , the red meat will be so tender and moist . Goes well along with some grilled vege and steamed fragrant rice . Ingredients:
250 g steak , sliced thin |
2 tbsp sliced young ginger |
50 gm spring onion , the white part |
2 tsp chopped garlic |
marinade |
1 tbsp ginger juice ( according to your taste ) |
1 tsp rice wine |
2 tsp soy sauce |
2 tsp / tbsp pepper pwd ( optional ) |
1 egg white , lightly beaten |
pinch of meat tenderizer |
1 tbsp oil and corn flour |
sauce |
1 tsp soysauce |
1 tsp corn flour and rice wine |
1 tbsp oyster sauce |
4 tbsp stock |
Directions:
1. Marinate the meat with all the ing. 2. Set aside 1 hour . 3. Heat the oil . 4. Fry the meat in hot oil for less than a min . 5. Set aside . 6. Stir fry the ginger and onions . 7. Set aside . 8. Saute the garlic . 9. Add the meat and along with the stit fried ginger and onions . 10. Sprinkle the rice wine . 11. Add the sauce . 12. Cook for a min over high heat . 13. Serve HOT . |
