This is another one of the recipes from my old Italian deli. Ingredients:
1 cup red wine vinegar |
1 cup extra virgin olive oil |
3 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon marjoram |
1/2 teaspoon rosemary |
1 teaspoon thyme |
4 tablespoons parsley |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Add steak tips and marinade overnight. 3. Discard marinade after taking steak tips out for cooking. |
