My family loves this marinade so thought I would share it here! I also make this ahead of time and freeze. Ingredients:
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 cup italian salad dressing (i use kraft zesty italian) |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup barbecue sauce (i use kraft original) |
2 lbs sirloin tip steaks |
Directions:
1. Mix worcestershire sauce, salad dressing, garlic pepper seasoning, and barbeque sauce in a plastic ziploc bag. 2. Put the meat in the marinade, and turn to coat. 3. Seal and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 4. Preheat grill for high heat. 5. Remove steaks from marinade and place on grill. 6. Grill steaks 10 minutes on each side, or to desired doneness. |
