Ingredients:

3 stalk(s) cellery |
2 carrots |
1 pound(s) can tomatoes |

1 package(s) mixed vegs |
2 piece(s) beef base |
1/2 cup butter |
1/2 cup flour |
1+ pound(s) steak |
Directions:
1. Cut up steak and brown. Put all ingredients except butter and flour in pot. Cover and cook low 4-5 hours. 1 hour before serving turn up and make a roux. Stir until smooth, pour into pot and stir. |
