This is very simple and delicious-I get rave reviews everytime I serve it. Best on grill. My family wants it all the time. Ingredients:
soy sauce |
worcestershire sauce |
garlic powder |
celery salt |
2 lbs steak, for grilling (new york strip, porterhouse and top sirloin are all good) |
Directions:
1. Coat both sides of meat with all ingredients. 2. There are no set amounts- you don't have to use a lot. 3. Let sit for about an hour. 4. Grill or Broil. |
