Great for grilling season. Good on chicken too. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce |
1 small onion, minced |
1/4 cup white wine |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 tablespoon mustard powder |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons red pepper flakes |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined. 2. Place steaks or chicken in gallon sized zip lock bag and add marinade. Seal bag tight and refrigerate a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. 3. Discard marinade and grill meat. |
