Steak House Sweet Potatoes |

We had these one night in Durham, North Carolina at a local steak house. Our steaks were served with two small sweet potatoes each and as we all but licked our plates we knew we'd found bliss - we'd eaten way more than intended but what a way to go. Ingredients:
4 small sweet potatoes |
sweet butter |
gound cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Scrub the sweet potatoes clean. 2. Prick their tops to vent out steam. 3. Nuke until soft. 4. Slit and into each cavity add a generous pat of sweet butter and sprinkle in a lot of cinnamon. 5. When you're ready to eat them just mash all together in the skins and be ready for the ensueing food coma. |
