Ingredients:
6 tbs butter |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice |
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms |
2 tablespoon(s) parsley |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 pound(s) steak |
1 teaspoon(s) wostershire |
Directions:
1. Melt 4 tbs butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, onios, lemon uice & wosceshire& Salt. Cook til mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley and set aside in bowl., keep warm. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Cook steak over medium-high heat. Turn once, 3-4 mins on each side. Serve w/ mushroom sauce. |
