Ingredients:
1/2 clove garlic |
1/2 cup butter or margarine |
1 teaspoon minced chives |
1/4 teaspoon ground savory |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon ground marjoram |
1/4 teaspoon hickory salt |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
dash of hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Rub inside of bowl with garlic; discard garlic. Add butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Store in a covered container in refrigerator until ready to use. Serve Steak Butter at room temperature on hot steak. |
