I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Martha Stewarts Everyday Food magazine. Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, room temperature |
coarse salt |
ground pepper |
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese (1oz) |
1 scallion, minced |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 garlic clove, minced |
2 tablespoons prepared white horseradish (squeeze of excess liquid) |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, mix the ingredient combination of your choice (see below) with butter. 2. Season with salt and pepper. |
