Steak Bruschetta with herbs and Roasted Red Peppers

Directions:
1. red bell pepper
2. /2 lbs. beef tenderloin
3. Olive Oil
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. slices Italian Baquette
7. /2 c. shredded provolone
8. Chopped fresh sage, oregano and garlic
9. Preheat grill to md. high. Grill pepper covered until begins to char on all sides, about 10 min. Removed to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Peel and seed pepper when cool . Slice into thin strips.
10. Lightly coat beef with oil, salt, and pepper. Grill beef covered, turning a few times, until meat reaches an internal temp of 130 degrees, about 10 min. Remove beef from grill and let rest for 5 min. Cut into slices.
11. Brush bread with oil and season with walt and pepper. Grill bread for 1 min. Flip bread and top each slice with 1 T. of cheese and grill until cheese melts, about 1 min. Top each slice with roasted pepper, beef, herbs and garlic.
