Great appetizer to break away from the usual. Ingredients:
12 jalapeno |
3/4 lb thin sliced steak (make the meat guys do this about 3/16 ) |
cream cheese |
a-1 steack sauce |
worcestershire sauce |
cayenne pepper |
Directions:
1. Wear gloves while handling peppers. 2. Marinate steak in 1/4 cup A-1 and 3 tablespoon of Worcestershire. 3. Cut jalapenos in half remove seeds if mild taste desired. 4. Fill each half with cream cheese. 5. Take thin sliced steak (3/16 in.) cut into pieces large enough to wrap pepper one time hold with toothpick. 6. Grilling sauce mixture, 1 part water , 2 part A-1, Cayenne (add to your level of heat) and 2 tablespoons Worcestshire. 7. Place steak peppers on grill (I prefer charcoal). 8. Use grilling sauce during cooking turning peppers once. 9. Cook until meat is medium to medium rare anymore the meat will be like rubber. |
