Steak and Mushroom Casserole

This is a delicious tasting casserole dish, one that I make quite often, I have even replaced the beef with pork, either way it is great meal, I serve it on top of pasta, don't leave out the red wine, it just doesn't have the same taste!
Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steaks
1/3 cup flour
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon mustard powder
2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion, sliced
2 -3 cloves fresh minced garlic (optional)
1/4-1/3 cup dry red wine
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 (19 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
Directions:
1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
2. Grease a large casserole dish.
3. Cut beef into bite-sized cubes.
4. Combine flour, salt, pepper and dry mustard powder.
5. Toss beef cubes in the flour mixture to coat.
6. Heat oil in a frypan.
7. Brown beef cubes on all sides.
8. Place browned beef cubes in a casserole dish.
9. Add all remaining ingredients.
10. Cover, and bake for 1-1/2 hours, or until meat is tender.
11. Stir occasionally.
