Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 cup(s) onion chopped |
2 cup(s) bell peppers chopped |
1 cup(s) carrots chopped |
2 clove(s) garlic minced |
3 tablespoon(s) cumin |
2 tablespoon(s) chili powder |
1 pound(s) turkey breast ground |
3 cup(s) chicken broth |
1 jar(s) salsa |
1 can(s) beans drained & rinsed |
Directions:
1. ) in soup pan cook turkey in olive oil until not pink; remove from pan 2. ) add drizzle of oil and saute carrots, onions & bell peppers for appx 8 mins 3. ) add spices and turkey and stir. add salsa, beans and broth to pan 4. ) bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45mins uncovered. 5. ) add salt & pepper to taste. |
