Oatmeal with Nuts & Dried Fruit, cooked hot with an egg for a custard-like breakfast, or soaked in frig overnight without the egg. Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal |
1 tbs chopped almonds |
1 tbs raisins |
1 egg |
1/2 cup soy milk |
Directions:
1. For hot custard breakfast, combine everything and microwave about 2 minutes on medium-high power. 2. For summer breakfast, eliminate egg. Combine everything else and chill overnight. Have an egg of some sort with muesli for breakfast. |
