2 1/2 cups water |
6 -8 green cardamom pods |
2 whole black peppercorns |
1 -2 slice fresh ginger, peeled and diced |
2 sticks cinnamon |
1 -2 clove |
2/3 cup milk |
4 teaspoons honey |
2 -3 teaspoons loose black tea |
Directions:
1. Put the water in a saucepan, add the spices, and bring to a boil. 2. Turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Add milk 4. and sugar and bring to a boil (or heavy simmer). 5. Add tea, turn off the heat, and let infuse for two to three minutes. 6. Strain into two cups and serve hot. |
