This is the Starbucks Power Protein Plate This is basically for me to use in the meal planner. :-D Ingredients:
1 small wheat bagel |
2-3 slices of mild cheddar cheese |
small bunch of grapes |
2-3 slices of apple |
1 hard boiled egg |
1 tbsp peanut butter |
