From Gwyneth Paltrow's My Father's Daughter Ingredients:
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
2 teaspoons real vermont maple syrup |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons vegetables or 2 tablespoons canola oil |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
coarse salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together the mustad, syrup, and vinegar. Slowly whisk in oils, and season to taste with salt and pepper. |
