This is a great dip with a bit of a tang from the chili sauce and horseradish. Great with crackers or spread on baguette.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shrimp, finely chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup green peppers, finely chopped, optional
1/4 cup chili sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. In a bowl, blend all ingredients thoroughly.
2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
3. Serve with crackers or baguette slices.
