This is a great dip with a bit of a tang from the chili sauce and horseradish. Great with crackers or spread on baguette. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked shrimp, finely chopped |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup green peppers, finely chopped, optional |
1/4 cup chili sauce |
1 tablespoon horseradish |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, blend all ingredients thoroughly. 2. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill at least 30 minutes before serving. 3. Serve with crackers or baguette slices. |
