a beautiful delicious presentation of a fairly common salad Ingredients:
1 jar black olive tapenade |
8 to 10 heirloom slicing tomatoes(prefer red, yellow,orange) |
2 fresh mozzarella balls |
1/4 c wine vinegar |
2 tbs honey |
1 tbs dijon mustard |
3/4 c evoo |
fresh basil |
Directions:
1. combine vinegar, honey mustard and evoo for dressing 2. layer from bottom up 3. slice tomato,tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato, tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato 4. slice stack into quarters and plate by turning the rounded edgesto the middle of the plate 5. the stack should now be squared off 6. drizzle with dressing 7. top with fresh basil |
