From Stacey and our Bunko group loved it. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans of rotel mexican stewed tomatoes (has to be mexican!) |
2 -3 garlic cloves (chopped or minced) |
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped |
1/2-1 lime, juiced |
1 -2 jalapeno, chopped |
Directions:
1. In food processor (or blender) puree all the ingredients and squeeze juice from the lime. It will last about 4-5 days. 2. Sometimes you have to use a little more lime juice depending on how strong the garlic is. I also use about half of the bunch of cilantro that I buy so I am sure that is more than 1 cup! |
