St. Patricks Noodles With Spinach |

Here is a soothing recipe for anytime of the year. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package uncooked medium noodles |
1 cup half-and-half cream |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 teaspoons seasoning salt |
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend |
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. 2. Place noodles in a slow cooker, and add the rest of ingredients except for cheddar cheese, and stir until well blended. 3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours. 4. When ready to serve, fold in cheese. |
