Use brown rum and sweet vermouth. Ingredients:
2 ounces anejo rum (old rum) |
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth |
1 dash angostura bitters |
Directions:
1. Put a few ice cubes into a shaker. Splash on a dash or two of Angostura bitters. 2. Add the rum and vermouth. Cover the shaker, and shake gently until it is nice and cold. 3. Strain and pour into a chilled Manhattan glass. |
