These are scrumptious! Ingredients:
1 lb mushrooms |
3 slices chopped bacon |
1 c. of shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/2 c. of chopped onions |
1 clove of minced garlic |
1/4 tsp. of oregano |
1/2 c. of soft breadcrumbs |
1/4 tsp. of salt |
Directions:
1. First remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine. 2. Then you can put the bacon, stems, onion, and garlic in a frying pan and saute in small amount butter or olive oil. 3. Now you cook until onion is soft, then drain. 4. Then you need to stir in the rest of the ingredients. 5. Now you can stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. 6. Tbhen ake on a cookie sheet at approx. 375F degrees for 10 minutes. |
