Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled and cubed |
2 onions, sliced |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon coarse pepper |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 dash cinnamon (optional) |
1 dash paprika (for color) |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender. 2. Fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown. Add potatoes and seasonings. 3. Stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes. |
