                    This salad is crunchy , very ez to make , healthy and refreshing too . Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                500 g squid , inside parts removed , cleaned and cut into rings  |  
                                                50 g snow peas , cut into half  |  
                                                1 carrot and 1 cucumber , strips  |  
                                                100 g beans sprouts  |  
                                                dressing ( whisk )  |  
                                                2 tbsp lime juice , sesame oil , sugar  |  
                                                1 tbsp soy sauce  |  
                                                1 tsp garlic , chopped  |  
                                                pinch of salt and red chillie flakes  |  
                                                garnish  |  
                                                sprigs of chinese parsley  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cook the squid in water for a min and drain . 2. Toss with dressing until well coated and set aside for 30 mins . 3. Boil snow peas and carrot for 1 min in water . 4. Drain and rinse in running water for a min . 5.
