This recipe was submitted by another member, and I adopted it when she made a dramatic exit from the site. I have not tried it, but will make my own comments when I do. Her original intro: I actually made this up, I am getting braver. It is the simplest thing in the world and very tasty, I served it with grilled chicken. Ingredients:
1 small cabbage |
2 small zucchini or 2 small yellow squash |
1 small onion |
2 garlic cloves |
3 tablespoons butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Shred cabbage. 2. Shred onion, I used my cheese grater. 3. Shred squash. 4. Dice garlic. 5. In medium pot melt butter. 6. Add the cabbage, onion, squash and garlic. 7. Stir often. 8. Cook until the veggies are still a little crisp. 9. Salt and pepper to taste. |
