slightly sweet full of flavor and so good
Ingredients:
2 pounds yellow crook neck squash, cooked
5 tablespoons melted butter
2/3 cups milk
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoon all purpose flour
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Smash squash with potato masher and mix in melted butter set aside
2. beat together all other ingredients and add squash to mixture
3. pour into a greased 10 inch square baking dish
4. bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees
