Never throw your squash seeds away again - make this quick and tasty snack! This recipe is taken from my blog located at: / Ingredients:
1 butternut squash, seeds only |
1/2 red chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Remove the seeds from the squash and remove the membrane from the seeds (this is by far the most time consuming bit!). 2. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the chilli, a pinch of sea salt and the squash seeds, then heat through and serve immediately. |
