Ingredients:
1 cup zucchini, sliced |
1 cup summer squash, sliced |
2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped |
1/2 teaspoon olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
garlic powder, dash |
pepper, dash |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, saute the zucchini, squash and onion in oil for 4-6 minutes or until crisp-tender. 2. Add the remaining ingredients, cook 1 minute longer. |
