I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from The Church Potluck Supper Cookbook. I plan to use Splenda for baking for the sugar. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked squash |
2 cups milk |
1 cup sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves |
1/2 teaspoon ginger |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. 2. Beat with mixer until blended. 3. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. 4. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 5. Top with whipped cream. |
