This is a very good one! You can also use zucchini instead of squash. Ingredients:
2 cups squash, chopped up into pieces |
1 egg |
1/2 cup self-rising flour |
1 small onion, chopped up |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and form into patties. 2. Place in hot oil and cook until brown. |
