A mix of summer squash, zucchini and onions. Light and very flavorful!
Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil
1 medium onion
2 medium zucchini
1 medium yellow squash
1 black pepper
Directions:
1. Saute onions in olive oil. Slice zucchini, and yellow squash. Add to onions. Cook until vegetable are soft. Add black pepper to taste.
