A mix of summer squash, zucchini and onions. Light and very flavorful! Ingredients:
1 tsp olive oil |
1 medium onion |
2 medium zucchini |
1 medium yellow squash |
1 black pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute onions in olive oil. Slice zucchini, and yellow squash. Add to onions. Cook until vegetable are soft. Add black pepper to taste. |
