1. cups squash, sliced 2. small onion, diced 3. I TB green pepper diced 4. cup flour 5. /2 c milk 6. egg slightly beaten 7. TB salad oil 8. TB sugar 9. salad oil for frying 10. Combine sqyash, onion and green pepper in a medium saucepan, add water to cover. Cook until tender (You can also do this in the microwave). Drain well. Add next 5 ingrediants, mixing well. Drop by rounded spoonfuls into deep, hot oil. Yield: 10-12 patties Makes alot |
