I ran across this while trying to figure out what to do with all the squash we were getting from the garden. Its really delish! Easy to double, triple, etc...
Ingredients:
1 cup squash (boiled)
1 egg
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
salt & pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Mix all together very good. Drop by Tablespoon fulls into a hot greased skillet. Cook until brown.
