I ran across this while trying to figure out what to do with all the squash we were getting from the garden. Its really delish! Easy to double, triple, etc... Ingredients:
1 cup squash (boiled) |
1 egg |
2 tablespoons onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons milk |
1/2 cup self-rising flour |
1 tablespoon sugar |
salt & pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Mix all together very good. Drop by Tablespoon fulls into a hot greased skillet. Cook until brown. |
